Our team takes great pride in fulfilling each order, ensuring you receive the perfect shades and accessories to match your taste and needs as quickly as possible. Here, you’ll find answers to many of your shipping and returns inquiries.
Delivery
ORDERING
All sales of custom colour (nonstandard) special order shades are final. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
SHIPPING
Stocked items will be shipped within 3-5 business days and delivered within 6-8 weeks. Non-stocked custom colours and back-ordered items may be subject to delivery times of eight weeks or more.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Items will be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process.
STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
A submittal confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided after an order is submitted completely and correctly. Then within two business days of submitting an order, you will receive a second email from VELUX Canada with an order confirmation. Returns
RETURN POLICY
Standard goods purchased through the VELUX shade shop can be returned within 60 days from the date on the invoice.
No returns will be accepted on special order items such as the custom colour options.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on shades that have been installed or when installation has been attempted.
Orders, which have been accepted but not yet shipped, may be canceled only with prior written consent of VELUX Canada upon terms that will fully indemnify VELUX Canada against loss. Products may not be returned without prior authorization. Products may not be returned more than 60 days after date of invoice. Contact VELUX Canada at 800-888-3589 for return goods authorization before returning any product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact VELUX at 800-888-3589 or email [email protected] with photos of the unopened box with your invoice no. Upon approval, a return goods authorization number (RGA#) will be provided to reference the products being returned.
REFUND
The returned product(s) will be inspected to ensure they are not damaged before a refund is issued. Please allow up to four weeks for processing.
